Job Description:
We are currently seeking our next Admin Super Star! Based in the Kosovo
office.
Type of position:
Part-time
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as mail, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Proactive support of the C-level in administrative/ organizational matters.
- Managing email accounts e.g. info@ or sales@
- Assist in Finance and HR tasks
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Competencies Required
- Knowledgeable in Google Docs & Sheets, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask & work with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent written & oral communication skills in German, English would be an asset
Job Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management,
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
